Pulled Pork Sliders with Beer – Twisted X Chupahopra and Brooklyn East IPA
We slide into Wednesday with hoppy pulled pork sliders for the big game viewing party.
|2 pork loins
Garlic Powder, to taste (1 tsp)
Chili Powder, to taste (1 tbls)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Other spices (season all, montreal steak, paprika, etc)
24 oz pale ale or IPA
8 slider buns
|Season pork loins with garlic, chili powder, salt, pepper and any other spices.
Add pork and beer to deep pan and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
Remove from pan shred pork with fork and add bbq sauce.
Serve on buns topped with cole slaw, onions and pickles.
